Cool Cocktails

Sweet Peach Tea

1.0 oz.   Strawberry Shortcake Moonshine
2.0 oz.   Peach Tea
1.0 oz.   Simple Syrup

Shake well and serve over ice.

Blackberry-Lime Fizz

2.0 oz.    Gin #1
0.25 oz.  Lime Juice
2.0 oz.    Blackberry Simple Syrup
2.0 oz.    Blackberry Seltzer Water

Mix Gin, lime juice and simple syrup, serve over ice,  top with seltzer.

Apple Spice and Everything Nice

1.0 oz.    Apple-Cinna-Habanero Moonshine
1.0 oz.    Apple Juice
2.0 oz.    Mango Seltzer Water

Mix Moonshine and apple juice over ice. Top with Mango Seltzer Water. Stir and enjoy!

The Danhattan

2.5 oz.   JayBird
1.0 oz.   Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz. Ginger Simple Syrup

Over a large ice cube, several turns of cracked pepper.
Pour in JayBird, Vermouth and Ginger Simple Syrup. Top with 5 Dashes of Thai Pepper Bitters.

Zen Garden Cocktail

2.0 oz.   Blueberry Mountain Brandy
0.5 oz.   Orgeat
0.25 oz. Lime Juice

Over a large ice cube, mix all ingredients and stir well. If you are feeling adventureous, five dashes of your favorite bitters.

Pomegranate-CranberryMoontini

1.0 oz.    Strawberry Shortcake Moonshine
1.0 oz.    Pomegranate-Cranberry Juice
0.25 oz.  Lemon Juice
0.25 oz.  Simple Syrup

Shake Moonshine, Pomegranate-cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in shaker.
Strain into martini glass.
