This product is made from three different barleys. One of the barleys is smoked. Many have commented that it tastes like Mezcal or an Islay Scotch.

This product was produced in honor of our brother - Jason (aka JayBird). Jason was a son, brother, father, uncle, and friend to many. So, when you raise a glass of JayBird, do so in the company of friends and family.

Base Spirit is made from 100% Michigan Beet Sugar. Our gin is made in an old style, focused less on Juniper and more on the other botanicals. We use a cold maceration process that allows for more control over the flavors, hence the color of the spirit.
The term “All The Hearts” refers to our meticulous process and attention to detail, serving only the hearts to our patrons.

Spirits Distilled from Blueberries and Wheat.
We age our product using a solera method in used bourbon barrels from Journey Man's Distillery. We empty between 50% to 75% and immeditaley fill the barrel with fresh product. This means, for example, in 10 years something in that barrel will be 10 years old.

Vanilla, Toffee, with a hint of blueberry on back.
