Transparency Report

Our goal is to support local small businesses whenever and where ever we are able. This page will report on the suppliers we use and in the event we cannot source local we will inform you as to why. 

  • Michigan Beet Sugar from Pioneer

  • Grains from:

    • Sugar Malt Creek (Lebanon, IN)

    • Briess (Chilton, WI)

    • Rahr (Shakopee, MN)

  • Spring Water from Whispering Springs (Pierceton, IN)

  • Yeast is from Omega (Chicago, IL) and Red Star (Milwaukee, WI)​

 

In additon, we will be donating $1 for every bottle sold to a local charity/non-profit. Every quarter we will provide the number of bottles sold and where we plan to donate the proceeds to.
